By submitting your payment and online order you are making an offer to The Radiology Geek to buy a subscription to The Radiology Geek specified course.
Your offer will be accepted by us and a contract formed only when we have verified your payment details at which point we will confirm your subscription (by sending you a confirmation email) and provide you with access to the relevant materials for the subscription period set out in your order. By placing your order, you are requesting and agreeing that we may start your subscription and provide you with access to The Radiology Geek course materials following our acceptance of your order. Accounts and subscriptions under that account are personal to the subscriber and is intended for their sole, non-commercial use. Passwords and log in details should not be distributed to others. If these terns are not adhered to by you, we have the right to, but not limited to, immediate termination of your subscription. By purchasing a subscription or one time purchase with us, you are agreeing to adhere to the Terms of Use of The Radiology Geek site.
10. Renewals
Your subscription to The Radiology Geek will not automatically renew at the end of the of your subscription period. If you do not renew your subscription at the end of your subscription period, access to the course material will expire at the end of your subscription period.
11. Cancellation
Please note that you have 14 days after the day we email you to with order confirmation to change your mind and cancel your subscription. You will be entitled to a full refund provided that you have not accessed The Radiology Geek site during that 14 day period. If you do access The Radiology Geek Materials within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund if you then change your mind and cancel your subscription.
12. Content
All the materials and quesions available on The Radiology Geek is original content created by authors of the Radiology Geek. We are not involved in the FRCR physics examinations in any way nor do we have any knowledge regarding the content of the FRCR examinations (excluding sitting the examination).Our questions are intended for use for revision and are no way intended to be replications, reproductions or representative of the FRCR exam. We fully adhere to the Royal College of Radiologists Examination Misconduct PolIcy.
